How do I contact you?

How long will my order take?
I aim to dispatch orders between 5-7 working days via royal mail (depending on the size of the order). This is an estimated time so your order could get to you earlier. If it is a large order I will liaise with you if I think it will take longer to dispatch it.
All orders are well packaged to ensure no damage is caused during transit.
All orders are sent via Royal Mail with proof of postage obtained.
UK Customers - We will ship your items using Royal Mail 1st class mail. It typically takes 1 - 2 business days.
All our delivery times are estimates and we cannot be held responsible for delays caused. Very occasionally, unavoidable factors can delay a parcel (bad weather or postal strikes, for example). We do ask for your patience if this happens – we’ll be doing our best to sort it out for you.
What if my order doesn't turn up or is damaged?
I make sure that all orders are well packaged but should you find that your product/s are damaged then please contact me asap.
What format should I send my photos for the personalised photo keepsakes?
I am able to work with most format, however please ensure that the image is of the highest quality.
What are the keepsakes make of?
They are made from laser cut natural/unfinished MDF.
What material is the design printed on the keepsakes?
They are printed on a high quality 220gsm linen card. As the keepsakes are handmade, you should be careful when handling them.
Do you offer a bespoke service?
Yes, if you are after invitations or have a specific gift request then I will be more than happy to assist you. Simply email me at email@example.com with the details.
